- 2 lbs beef (sliced)
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 2 lbs Tribelli Peppers (small sweet peppers sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1–½ cups salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning seasoning
White Sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 ranch packet
Other
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Flatbread
Instructions
- Add salsa to bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add beef, onion, bell pepper, tribelli peppers & taco seasoning. Cover.
- Cook LOW 6-8 hour or HIGH 3-4.
- Once meat is cooked, it’s time to prepare your pizzas
- Combine cream cheese & ranch packet & mix well
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the flatbread
- Add some cheese
- Top with cooked fajita ingredients from slow cooker
- Sprinkle with a little more cheese
- Broil approx 10 minutes or until cheese is melted & flatbread is browned
