Description
Indulge in a creamy and luscious Merenda (Nutella) mousse, perfectly balanced with Greek yogurt and a hint of coffee liquor, topped with whipped cream.

- 250g Merenda (Nutella)
- 175g Greek yogurt (Fage)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp coffee liquor (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped toasted hazelnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup whipped heavy cream
- Little biscuits for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 175g Greek yogurt and 2 tbsp cream cheese until smooth.
- Add 1 tbsp coffee liquor and 2 tbsp chopped toasted hazelnuts if using, and mix well.
- Fold in 250g Merenda (Nutella) until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into 4 small pots or serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set.
- Before serving, top with a dollop of whipped heavy cream.
- Serve with little biscuits for dipping.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding the optional coffee liquor. The mousse can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Serve with a variety of biscuits or fresh fruit for dipping.
