- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp Nectevia or use (3 dates, maple syrup or agave nectar)
- Banana
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
- Toasted hemp seed
Instructions
- Blend everything into a fine puree.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add topping.
- Enjoy.
Notes
- For a richer matcha flavor, use a higher quality ceremonial grade matcha powder.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Store leftover smoothie base in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days; add fresh toppings when ready to serve.
