Description

This refreshing mango lemonade is full of vitamin C and perfect for cooling down on a hot afternoon.


Ingredients

  • 1 large raw mango
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 7 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
  2. Blend the mango pieces with a little water to make a smooth puree.
  3. In a large jug, combine the mango puree, sugar, salt, and the remaining water.
  4. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator and serve with ice cubes.
