- 1 cup of cubed mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of brewed, chilled green tea
- 1/2 cup raw spinach
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana
- honey – to taste
- crushed ice
Instructions
- Blend together – mango, spinach, banana along with green tea, milk and honey. Adjust consistency by adding more or little milk and sweetness by honey. Serve with crushed ice.
