Ingredients

- 2 Hot dogs or sausages (I used chicken sausage)
- 2 Buns
- 2 Tablespoons chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/2 Ripe avocado (diced)
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 Teaspoon Badia complete seasoning
Corn Salad
- 2 Ears corn
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Badia complete seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- To make the corn, brush the ears with the olive oil and sprinkle with the Badia seasoning.
- Grill or roast until the corn is lightly caramelized. You can leave it whole or slice off the kernels with a knife. Finish by tossing with the cilantro.
- Grill your hot dogs or sausages until light golden brown and assemble the sandwiches with the sausages, tomatoes, onions, avocado and mayonnaise mixed with the Badia seasoning.
- Serve with your favorite Santa Rita wine.
