Ingredients

- 100 g 3½ oz unsalted butter
- 100 g 3½ oz- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (or rice milk)
- 1 organic egg
- 200 g 7 oz-1 cup wholemeal Kamut flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 coffee-spoon of instant coffee
Instructions
- Knead the butter with sugar. Add milk. Mix the rest of dry ingredients together, incorporating the mixture of butter and sugar.
- Form a ball and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut into thick slices and give a cylindrical shape.
- Bake, in preheated oven, at 180°C (gas 4- 374°F), for 15 minutes.
