- 1 cups (237 ml) fine white sugar
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 cups (237 ml) water
- 1 large apple
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large pot.
- Cook on high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once cranberries begin to pop, reduce heat to medium-low.
- Continue to cook until the jam thickens and becomes syrupy, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
- If desired, transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Let cool completely.
- Transfer to a medium jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.

- For a smoother jam, remove the rosemary sprigs before blending.
- To reduce sweetness, use a sugar substitute like agave nectar, adjusting to your desired sweetness level.
