Description

Fresh herbs and feta hot off the grill


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block of fresh feta, drained
  • olive oil for drizzling
  • freshly cracked pepper
  • a generous amount of fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Start by placing a block of fresh feta on a square of aluminum foil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Crack fresh pepper over the block and top with several sprigs of fresh thyme. (We have tons growing in our herb garden this year.)
  4. Then wrap up your package and place it on indirect heat in the grill for about 15 minutes.

Notes

Can also make an excellent main dish for vegetarians.
