Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons light honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 block firm tofu

Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into slices.
- Heat a stove-top griddle and grill the tofu slices until golden brown on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch to make the teriyaki sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the grilled tofu and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
