Description

Flaked grilled salmon tossed with grilled corn, cucumber, and slaw mix. A sweet chili dressing adds a delightful kick.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium English cucumber
  • 1/2 cups (118 ml) slaw mix
  • 1 piece grilled salmon

Instructions

  1. Combine the grilled corn kernels, cucumber, and slaw mix in a large bowl. Add the flaked, grilled salmon on top.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
