- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and rosemary to make the marinade.
