Scale
- 6 lbs (2722 g) chicken wings or drumsticks
- 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Caesar dressing
- 2 sticks (227 g) butter, melted and cooled
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 3/4 cups (177 ml) grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- 1/2 cups (118 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (227°C).
- Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; place on a rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake wings for 35-40 minutes.
- While wings bake, whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Whisk again before tossing with wings if butter separates.
- Once wings are baked, add them to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat.
- Place wings back on the rack and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and shredded parmesan cheese. Serve with dressing for dipping.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, ensure they are completely dry before seasoning and baking. Pat them with paper towels.
- To prevent burning, use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature (165°F or 74°C) before removing wings from the oven.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F (177°C) oven for best results.
