Description

Crispy chicken wings tossed in a rich, garlicky Parmesan sauce. Decadent and perfect for parties!


Ingredients

  • 6 lbs (2722 g) chicken wings or drumsticks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Caesar dressing
  • 2 sticks (227 g) butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 3/4 cups (177 ml) grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cups (118 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (227°C).
  2. Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; place on a rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake wings for 35-40 minutes.
  4. While wings bake, whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Whisk again before tossing with wings if butter separates.
  5. Once wings are baked, add them to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Place wings back on the rack and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and shredded parmesan cheese. Serve with dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, ensure they are completely dry before seasoning and baking. Pat them with paper towels.
  • To prevent burning, use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature (165°F or 74°C) before removing wings from the oven.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F (177°C) oven for best results.
