- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet low fat French vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) low fat milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the low fat vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract, low fat French vanilla pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, and low fat milk.
- Beat the mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Place the container in the freezer and allow the frozen yogurt to set for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly for easier scooping.
