Description

A quick, healthy pizza night solution! Crispy cauliflower crust topped with fresh spinach and mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (237 ml) mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup (237 ml) chopped spinach
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried basil
  • 1 Green Giant Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (224°C).
  2. Remove the pizza crust from the package and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Slice mushrooms and chop the spinach.
  5. Sprinkle some cheese over the baked pizza crust.
  6. Top with mushrooms and spinach.
  7. Sprinkle with garlic powder and basil.
  8. Top with cheese.
  9. Bake for 10 more minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, sauté the mushrooms before adding them to the pizza.
  • If you don’t have fresh spinach, you can use 1/2 cup of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
  • Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in a skillet or oven.
