- 16 ounce jar creamy almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Crunchy or flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Whisk in almond meal, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and coconut.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9X13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set, but still a little soft in the middle.
- Cool at least 15 minutes before slicing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for longer.
