Description

Crispy panini packed with sweet raspberry preserves and creamy cream cheese. A 5-minute brunch treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices Challah bread
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves
  • 0.5 tbsp (7 g) melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat panini press to medium-high.
  2. Spread cream cheese over one side of a Challah slice.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves over one side of another Challah slice.
  4. Place the cream cheese-side of one slice on top of the preserves-side of the other slice.
  5. Brush the outside of the sandwich with melted butter.
  6. Toast the sandwich in the press until golden brown.
  7. Remove from press, cut in half, and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a flavored cream cheese such as strawberry or vanilla.
  • If your raspberry preserves are very thick, gently warm them for easier spreading.
  • To prevent sogginess, avoid overfilling the panini with preserves.
