- 1 sheet (1 sheet) frozen puff pastry
- 1/2 pound (227 g) brie cheese
- 1 cup (237 ml) cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Cut a puff pastry sheet into 12 equal squares (about 3×3 inches).
- Press the pastry squares into mini muffin tins.
- Cube the brie cheese and place one piece in each pastry square.
- Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 10-12 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Add ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce to each pastry.
- Top with thyme and serve warm.
Notes
- For easier cutting, let the puff pastry thaw slightly before cutting into squares.
- If your cranberry sauce is very thick, thin it with a teaspoon of orange juice or water before serving.
- Store leftover bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days; they’re best served warm.
