Scale
- 15 oz (443 ml) Coconut Milk
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Honey
- 2 tbsp (15 g) Shredded Coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, honey, and shredded coconut (if using) until well combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly into four 4-oz (118 ml) popsicle molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the pops are solid.
- To remove the pops, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.
Notes
- This recipe makes four pops.
- It’s easy to make more, just double the ingredients.
- The shredded coconut will sink to the bottom, but that’s a good thing, you get to eat them first.
- If you can’t find local coconut milk and honey, there are many great options at the supermarket.
- Ensure you buy coconut milk, not coconut cream.
