- 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) oatmeal
- 2 cups (473 ml) coconut or almond milk
- 1/4 cups (59 ml) chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except cranberry sauce, together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Pour into jars or individual containers.
- Place in the fridge overnight or at least several hours.
- Top with cranberry sauce when ready to serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
- Adjust the amount of maple syrup to your desired sweetness.
- These oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
