Description

A festive and healthy breakfast
Ready in minutes, enjoy it all week!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) oatmeal
  • 2 cups (473 ml) coconut or almond milk
  • 1/4 cups (59 ml) chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except cranberry sauce, together in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Pour into jars or individual containers.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight or at least several hours.
  4. Top with cranberry sauce when ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • Adjust the amount of maple syrup to your desired sweetness.
  • These oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
