- 1 cups (237 ml) frozen banana
- 1 cups (237 ml) frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
- 2 dates
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 0.25 to 0.5 cups (60 to 118 ml) milk of your choice

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add more or less milk to adjust consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top or stir in cocoa nibs.
- Top with a sliced banana and crumbled OWYN bar.
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
- If you don’t have dates, you can substitute with 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey.
- Store leftover smoothie base in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days.
