- 5–6 fresh cherries (pitted)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Cherry seltzer (to top)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the cherries and simple syrup to release the flavors. Add in ice, followed by the bourbon and lime juice. Shake well and pour into a high ball glass. Top with cherry seltzer and garnish with mint leaves.
