  • 1/2 Carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 260 grams Ground Turkey (9.1 ounces)

  5. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
