- 2 petite sirloin steaks, thawed
- Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Dash of Garlic Powder
- Blue Cheese crumbles
- 1 Tablespoon Mayo (per biscuit)
- Salad Mix or Arugula
- Tomato
- Favorite Biscuit Recipe
- Serve with Onion Rings
Instructions
- Prepare biscuits according to recipe.
- Preheat grill to high.
- Using a paper towel, blot the steaks to wipe away any moisture on the outside. Sprinkle the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides.
- Grill the steaks 4-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness and how well you like them cooked).
- Slice the biscuits in half, and spread mayo on the top half.
- Line the bottom half with lettuce, then tomato, then steak slices. Crumble blue cheese on top and sandwich together with the top. Enjoy!
