- 4 oz (100 g) Blackberries
- Few sprigs Thyme

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).
- Remove the cheese from its packaging and remove the cheese cover using a sharp knife.
- Using a sharp knife, score the top rind of the cheese in a criss-cross pattern.
- Place the cheese back in its wooden container.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is soft and runny.
- Top with blackberries and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with wine and crackers.
Notes
- For a more intense thyme flavor, use fresh thyme and lightly chop it before adding to the brie.
- If blackberries are out of season, substitute with other berries like raspberries or blueberries.
