Description
Tender chicken thighs are browned then baked in a sweet and savory glaze for an incredibly easy weeknight meal. The simple sauce of honey, soy, and garlic creates a perfect sticky coating.

- 8 to 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons (89ml) honey
- 6 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup (118ml) vegetable or chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In an oven-safe pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then place it in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the sauce ingredients (vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and vegetable or chicken broth).
- Flip the chicken and pour the sauce evenly over all pieces.
- Put the pan in the center of the oven to cook for 30-40 minutes, depending on the cuts of chicken used.
