Description
Creamy avocado meets tangy mustard in this simple dip. Perfect with crudités, crackers, or crusty bread.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Maille Old Style mustard
- 2 ripe avocados
- A pinch of cayenne
- Salt
- Pepper
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) tahini
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Taste and adjust consistency and salt to taste.
- Serve on cheese, fresh vegetables, Maille Cornichons, and crackers/baguette.
Notes
- For a smoother dip, remove the avocado pits and peel the avocados before adding them to the food processor.
- If the dip is too thick, add a teaspoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Add a little lemon juice before storing to prevent browning.
