Description

Fresh arugula, figs, salty parma ham, and creamy mozzarella is drizzled with honey for a light salad staple. Can easily be scaled up.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups (720 ml) washed, fresh rocket
  • 125 gr (4 1/2 oz) buffalo mozzarella
  • 10 ripe figs, halved
  • 70 gr (2 1/2 oz) parma ham
  • honey to drizzle
  • 2 cups (480 ml) croutons to serve

Instructions

  1. Arrange the rocket on a platter.
  2. Divide the buffalo mozzarella and arrange on rocket.
  3. Arrange the figs and parma ham.
  4. Serve with drizzle of honey and croutons.
