Description

Sweet and crunchy almond chocolate overnight oats. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 0.75 cups (177 ml) oats
  • 2 tbsp sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cups (177 ml) milk
  • the smallest drop of Almond extract
  • 1 tbsp shaved almonds
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, coconut, and chocolate chips in a covered container.
  2. Add the milk and almond extract. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with almonds before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of skim milk.
  • If you don’t have flaked coconut, shredded coconut works as a substitute.
  • Store leftover oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
