- 1/2 cups coconut milk*
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries (you can use frozen, but the smoothie will be a bit thicker)
- 2 tablespoons pepitas (you can also use flax seeds or a nut butter for a pb&j-like flavor)
- 1 scoop MegaFood Daily Energy Nutrient Booster Powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Notes
*Use thinner coconut milk that you’d find in a carton in the dairy-free milk aisle from brands like Dream or Silk. Do not use the super thick, canned coconut milk often used in cooking.
If you’d like to add sweetness to your smoothie, try blending in a banana or vanilla yogurt.
