Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is browned and cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
