Mango Blueberry and Soy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 mango cut into chunks
  • 240 ml 1 cup soy yogurt, divided use

Instructions
 

  • Combine blueberries and 120 ml (1/2 cup) soy yogurt in a blender and process in the until smooth. Pour into a glass.
  • Combine mangoes and remaining soy yogurt in a blender and process in the until smooth. Pour mango mixture over blueberry mixture.
