Green Tea Gin & Beer

Green tea brings a touch of astringency to this cocktail and pairs beautifully with an elderflower syrup. Bring in the alcohol with gin and beer to round out the sweetness with a touch of bubble too.
Course Beer, Cocktail


  • 2 parts Gin
  • 1 part Elderflower simple syrup or presse
  • 3 parts Green Tea cooled
  • 2 parts Sapporo Premium beer or your favorite lager
  • Sugar in the raw to rim the glass


  • Rim the glass with sugar.
  • Shake with ice the gin, elderflower, and tea.
  • Strain, if desired, into glass and stir in beer.
