Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 1 cup diced cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Blend that together!
  • Think about how great you’re going to feel for having a healthy breakfast or snack instead of a bag of potato chips.
  • Perform some daily affirmations in the mirror.
  • Meditate for five seconds.
  • Drink up!
