Chineka Williams
Course Cocktail


  • 1/2 cup fresh red raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon raw cane sugar
  • the juice of 2 limes
  • 2 ounces Limoncello
  • 2 ounces Absolut Citron vodka
  • about 1 cup ice


  • In a cocktail shaker or large jar, muddle the raspberries and sugar until the berries are thoroughly crushed. Add the remaining ingredients, put the top on the shaker (or the lid on the jar) and shake to combine. Strain into two small glasses, and garnish with a slice of lime and a couple of additional raspberries.
