  • 2 Bosc pears
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 wedge Castello Cheese Extra Creamy Blue Cheese


  • First, rinse and dry your pears, and cut each into 8 slices.
  • Place a spoonful of blue cheese on each wedge of pear.
  • Cut your prosciutto slices in half length-wise, and wrap a strip of prosciutto around each pear piece.
