Creamy hot/cold dessert, perfect for summer. Even if you don't drink coffee, you will love this!
Servings 2


  • 2 glasses of mocha or espresso
  • 4 of your favorite ice cream scoops
  • additional flavoring: chocolate sprinkles grated white/dark chocolate, a dash of cinnamon or cardamom, some rum or Kahlua


  • Cook coffee and pour in glasses. It needs to be warm so that the ice cream melts.
  • Put 1 tsp of rum or Kahlua into each glass.
  • Put 2 scoops of your favorite ice cream into each glass and finish with some chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom etc.
