Ingredients
  

  • 100 g 3½ oz unsalted butter
  • 100 g 3½ oz- 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk or rice milk
  • 1 organic egg
  • 200 g 7 oz-1 cup wholemeal Kamut flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 coffee-spoon of instant coffee

Instructions
 

  • Knead the butter with sugar. Add milk. Mix the rest of dry ingredients together, incorporating the mixture of butter and sugar.
  • Form a ball and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into thick slices and give a cylindrical shape.
  • Bake, in preheated oven, at 180°C (gas 4- 374°F), for 15 minutes.
