National Pinot Grigio Day: Blackberry and Thyme Baked Brie

Serve this easy appetizer of creamy baked brie with sweet blackberries, earthy thyme and a cool glass of Pinot Grigio.

  • Brie Cheese - 1 Wheel
  • Blackberries - 100 gms
  • Thyme - Few sprigs
  • Crackers - for the side


  • Pre heat the oven to 180C
  • Take out the Cheese from its packing and remove the Cheese cover using a sharp knife
  • Using a sharp knife score the top rind of the cheese in a criss cross pattern
  • Place the cheese back in its wooden container
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is soft and runny
  • Top with blackberries and let it rest for 5 minutes
  • Serve with wine and crackers
