Cherry Bourbon Fizz

Course Cocktail


  • 5-6 fresh cherries pitted
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Cherry seltzer to top
  • Mint leaves for garnish


  • In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the cherries and simple syrup to release the flavors. Add in ice, followed by the bourbon and lime juice. Shake well and pour into a high ball glass. Top with cherry seltzer and garnish with mint leaves.
