Ultimate Comfort Food: Mac and Cheese Pizza

This mac and cheese pizza sits on a garlic-loaded crust and will make all of your carb dreams come true.

  • 1 lb pizza dough {find my homemade recipe above or use store-bought}
  • 2 boxes cheddar mac & cheese
  • milk & butter called for on mac & cheese box
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt


  • First, prepare the mac & cheese. Prepare noodles according to package directions, but use a bit more milk to make the sauce runnier.
  • Preheat oven to 500F. Spread a small bit of the olive oil on a pizza pan, and place the pizza dough on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the olive oil with parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Brush the oil evenly on your dough.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
  • Spoon the mac & cheese on top of the crust, and top with the additional shredded cheddar.
  • Return to oven, and bake for 10 more minutes, until crust is crisp and golden brown, and cheese is bubbling. You can broil for 1-2 minutes to get a crisper crust on the cheese.
  • Slice and serve immediately!
