First, prepare the mac & cheese. Prepare noodles according to package directions, but use a bit more milk to make the sauce runnier.
Preheat oven to 500F. Spread a small bit of the olive oil on a pizza pan, and place the pizza dough on top.
In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the olive oil with parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Brush the oil evenly on your dough.
Bake in preheated oven for about 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
Spoon the mac & cheese on top of the crust, and top with the additional shredded cheddar.
Return to oven, and bake for 10 more minutes, until crust is crisp and golden brown, and cheese is bubbling. You can broil for 1-2 minutes to get a crisper crust on the cheese.
Slice and serve immediately!
