Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cemoi Chocolate Bar
  • 1 pint vanilla gelato
  • 4 shots espresso
  • 4 butter cookies

Instructions
 

  • In a mug, scoop gelato. Pour espresso shot over the gelato and top with Cemoi chocolate.
  • Serve with additional Cemoi chocolate squares.
