Almond Butter and Blueberry Smoothie

Servings 1 large or 2 small smoothies


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond or peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a bit more almond milk if needed, and enjoy!
