Vermouth and all of its wonderful botanicals is a natural pairing with the flavors of fall. Try this simple ginger cocktail with a few ingredients and tons of flavor.
We love vermouth and highlighted its comeback in fun cocktails this past summer, see the recipes here. Made in the heart of France and with 37 different botanicals, La Quintinye Vermouth Royal has three different signature blends with enough aromas to compliment the new autumn season.
Our favorite part about vermouth cocktails is that they don’t require many additional ingredients to make them intriguing and tasting unique. Need some inspiration? Try the Royal and Spice cocktail. With only three ingredients you can have a crisp, ginger drink to sip while you gaze at the beautiful leaves.
This recipe features their Extra-Dry and comes in at 17% abv with plenty of floral and citrus flavors that ends on an herbal note. We love this vermouth also just slightly chilled and enjoyed neat as a classy refresher.
