- 8 oz (227 g) Madagascar Vanilla Crème Fraîche
- 5 shortbread cookies
Instructions
- Remove strawberry stems and chop coarsely with a paring knife. Add to a serving bowl.
- Chop up shortbread cookies and toss them over the strawberries.
- Spoon a dollop of crème fraîche over the strawberries and shortbread cookies.
Notes
- For best flavor, use ripe but firm strawberries. Slightly underripe strawberries will hold their shape better.
