Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (227 g) Madagascar Vanilla Crème Fraîche
  • 5 shortbread cookies

Instructions

  1. Remove strawberry stems and chop coarsely with a paring knife. Add to a serving bowl.
  2. Chop up shortbread cookies and toss them over the strawberries.
  3. Spoon a dollop of crème fraîche over the strawberries and shortbread cookies.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use ripe but firm strawberries. Slightly underripe strawberries will hold their shape better.
