- 1/2 cups (118 ml) tri-color quinoa
- 1 cups (237 ml) milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves
Instructions
- Bring milk to a boil over high heat.
- Add the quinoa and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cinnamon, cover, and continue to simmer until the milk is fully absorbed.
- Top with strawberry preserves before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier bowl, use full-fat coconut milk or oat milk.
- If you don’t have Bonne Maman preserves, any seedless strawberry jam will work.
- Store leftover quinoa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
