Description

Sour with a touch of sweet, this nectarine lemonade is sweetened with a touch of maple syrup to create a cool glass perfect for a summer afternoon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 nectarines (skin and pit removed)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Juice of 4 small lemons (you can use more or less, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour through a small mesh strainer to remove any pulp left
  2. Refrigerate until ready to drink
