Ingredients

- 1 smaill can each of pinto beans (red beans and black beans)
- 1 C cooked orzo pasta
- 1 can of diced green chillies (about ½ C)
- ½ C diced fresh peppers
- 1 lime
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp dried oregeno
- 3/4 C fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Open all beans. Drain in colander and transfer to mixing bowl.
- Add cooked pasta, juice of 1 lime and remaining ingredients. Toss to combine.
- Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Salt and Pepper to taste
