Ingredients

- 1.5 oz SelvaRey White Rum
- .75 oz honey syrup
- .75 oz lime juice
- Champagne
- Lime
Instructions
- Combine SelvaRey White Rum, honey syrup and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a flute.
- Top off the drink with champagne.
- Slice and garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
Notes: To make honey syrup, mix two parts honey with one part warm or hot water, and stir until the honey has dissolved. Cool before using.
