- 1 tsp. honey (omit for paleo/whole 30)

- Granola for topping (optional)
- Chia seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Add the milk, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries or blackberries, peanut butter, salt, and honey to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with additional fresh fruit, granola, and chia seeds as desired.
